Discount Policy

10% discount will be entitled to the total bill including additional shipping cost if any when 5 or more items are purchased in a single bill / checkout. Just proceed to pay as per normal first, and when we see that there are 5 or more items in a bill / checkout, we will calculate the discount amount and refund it to your paypal account or credit/debit card.

Unsatisfactory discount items will only be entitled for exchange instead of refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Mode of Payment and Buyers' Security

For our customers' convenience and security, we have chosen Paypal as our main payment mode instead of bank transfer. You will be required to fill in your full name, mailing and email address when you checkout. We will then post the items to you and provide the mail tracking number through your email. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.

PayPal is the safest way to pay online. It allows anyone to pay through credit/debit cards, without sharing financial information. You may do so even if you do not have a paypal account.

Shipping and Posting of Items

We will be using registered mail for all transactions and tracking number will be provided. Items will be received within 7 working days for LOCAL purchases by post after payments received.

For Overseas customers EXCEPT Malaysia and Brunei, you will need to pay for additional shipping charges at a flat rate of SGD$12 per item. Please click on the shipping cost add to cart button that can be found below every item that you have selected so that we do not need to send you a payment request again by email. Duration for item to reach your place might take 1-3 weeks by air mail depending on location.

Quality One will not be responsible for any lost of mails once valid tracking number is provided. However if buyer really did not receive the item, we will still do our part in aftersales service to rectify it with the posting company if such situation arises. But we do not guarantee that compensation will be made by the relevant posting company.

Please remember to key in the correct address during checkout as no one will be responsible for any lost of items due to wrong address provided by buyer. Buyer will then have to rectify the situation themselves by contacting the relevant posting company.

Return Policy

We are so confident with the fine quality of our apparels that if you feel that what you received is unacceptable for what you have paid, let us know within 2 days and we will do a full refund of item cost exclude addtional shipping cost if any after you post back the items to us (at your own cost) Please retain the original tag and packaging. Just send us an email leaving us your full name and address and tell us that you are not satisfied with the quality. Post item back to the return address stated on the envelop. Once we receive it in original condition, refund will be made, simple, straight forward and no time wasting arguements required.

If the wrong item or wrong size is shipped/posted to you or there is an obvious manufacturer's defect, let us know within 2 days and we will re-post the replacement after you post back the wrong/defective items back to us. We will bear the postage cost to post back at a limit of SGD$15 per item. So please use the appropriate type of posting.

If we receive items with signs of tampering, rough washing, altering, we will not give any refund or replacements and the item shall be kept by us as evidence should the buyer raise any disputes.

If you already paid for an item that we found no more stock left, we will fully refund the whole amount paid by you. No further compensations will be made. To minimise this from happening, we will try to update our website as frequent as possible.

Return Policy is not applicable to cash on collection customers.
